For current residents, there are multiple options to pay your annual dues. Invoices are mailed in February and payment is due by April 1. Failure to make timely payments may result in up to 8% interest on the outstanding balance and/or a lien placed the property.
Dues cover the cost of landscaping of common areas, maintenance of entrances, lake treatments and various small administrative costs. They help keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe!
2026: $340 overall, additional $420 for lake properties ($760 total)
